RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • In order to serve our customer the lowest price, our company will accept returns for store credits or exchanges only for select merchandise. All returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchasing.
  • All returns and/or exchanges are subjected to $5 restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging and must not be used, worn, altered or damaged. Returns are subjected to quality test by one of our associates.
  • Any returns that did not pass the quality test will be subjected to 20% - 50% restocking fee (depending on the severity of damage) plus the $5 initial restocking fee.
  • The price of returns and/or exchanges must be in the value of the purchased price, and not the current prevailing price.
  • Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred in returning a product (shipping charges, tax and/or customs charges), unless otherwise stated.
  • Damaged products upon receiving must be informed with us within 3 business days upon receiving.
  • For hygienic reasons, all hair pieces, including wigs are final sale. No returns, no exchange nor store credits will be granted for any hair piece products.
  • Store credits will be applied to your account (leebeauty.com) and can be used for your next transaction.
  • There are no exclusion for this policy.
  • Our company monitors account activity and behavior and we reserves the right to refuse or accept any returns or exchanges, assess fees and/or close accounts based on order/return behavior.
  • Leebeauty.com and its associates has the final rights to refuse, reject or disallow any or partial transactions that is caused by an error in any form of advertising or promotions.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  1. Email customerservice@leebeauty.com with your name and order number to request a return.
  2. We will send a return label to your registered email address.
  3. Place the return label on the package you will be returning. Please note that merchandise must be in original packaging with original tags if applicable.
  4. Once your return package is received we will issue your refund.
